 I was introduced to the theory of applying principles of Internal and External Locus of Control (Attribution Theory) to jury selection in lectures by Samuel Solomon as part of my LLM training in Trial Advocacvy at Temple University.

  "Internal Locus of Control"
      Individual believes that his/her behavior is guided by his/her personal decisions and efforts
    The theory is that Civil Plaintiffs should reject EXTREME Internal Locus of Control Individuals and Civil DEFENDANTS
